The Frocks is a Sydney based covers band playing your favourite hits from the 60’s through to the music of today. Maria Temelkos (Vocals), Lisa Lupton (Guitar & Vocals), Louise Muscat (Bass & Vocals), and Simon Cook (Drums) bring to life beloved songs from all eras overlooked by most of the retrospective bands out there today. One can be sure to be pleasantly surprised at any Frocks show because the band always perform fun, upbeat songs that most people never hear any other cover band play. In addition to the four band members The Frocks incorporate synths, sequences and backing tracks which really kicks it up a notch when it comes to recognising the songs within seconds of hearing them. This brings an authenticity to the performances that really excite the audience and is what sets The Frocks apart from the rest. a lot of thought has gone into creating a very balanced set. Just when you need it, The Frocks hit you with Kylie, Earth wind & Fire, Justin Timberlake, or ACDC, so keep your air guitars handy.
